Appearing in Episode 24, KIVA uses a golden flute to summon the expansion dragon Tatsulot, activating this form after simultaneously unlocking all the sealing chains on his body. The main colors are red and gold, draped in a red cloak, with Kivat's eyes transforming into gold from colorful armor. The armor of the Magic Emperor form was originally designed for the king of the Fangire (King), and mortals wearing this armor will suffer harm. The weapons include those transformed by Galulu, Basshaa, and Dogga, along with accessories from the Magic Emperor dragon.
The main body stands about 150mm tall, entirely painted in gold with heavy armor complemented by red and black colors, intricately depicting the detailed ornate patterns of the armor. The Kivat bat on the belt, the carving of the Magic Emperor Sword Zanvat Sword, and all details are perfectly presented. While maintaining the look, it also boasts a flexible range of motion, keeping the high standard SHF is known for; joint tightness is just right, and standing on one leg is no problem. The transparent pieces of both eyes and the detailed design of the belt (?) are exquisite. The fabric cape hides adjustable metal wires, allowing you to recreate various stylish finishing move poses! The main accessories include the Magic Emperor Sword and many styled hands. The playability is average, but the fun factor of the red cloak is quite high; if you are a Kiva fan, these two Riders are definitely worth getting.
