Japanese collectible toy manufacturer RE-MENT recently announced its latest product themed around "Pokémon," "Line Up! Connect! Friendly Log 2 ~Carefree Afternoon~ (ポケットモンスター ならべて！つなげて！なかよしの木2 〜気ままな昼下がり〜)," scheduled for release on October 17, 2022.
The "Line Up! Connect! Friendly Log" series continues the interlocking play style of previous works such as "Gather! Stack! Pokémon Forest" and others, creating small, adorable diorama models of various Pokémon resting on logs. Most of the Pokémon are snuggled closely together, displaying heartwarming, adorable smiles, creating an extremely therapeutic and affectionate scene! Each product's log base is equipped with interlocking joints, allowing you to choose your favorite Pokémon and connect them infinitely!
The latest second series features more variations in the log base designs. It includes new designs like flowers, vines, and other plants, and even a tree hollow design from which Pikachu adorably peeks out~ In addition to Pikachu & Togepi, who are very close in the TV anime series, this lineup also includes three hugging Pachirisu, three enthusiastic Torchic, the Generation III regional birds Taillow & Pidgey & Pidove, the round parent-child duo Jigglypuff & Igglybuff, and the fluffy family Hoppip & Skiploom & Jumpluff, making a total of six incredibly cute designs!
