Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's Q-version articulated figure series 'Nendoroid' today announced the latest product from the popular manga "Attack on Titan", "Eren Yeager The Final Season Ver.", scheduled for release in April 2023.
Unlike the innocent image of the 2014 initial release "Nendoroid Eren Yeager" when he first joined the Survey Corps, the "Nendoroid Eren Yeager The Final Season Ver.", released 8 years later, brings to life his appearance from the Final Season when he awakened the power of the Attack Titan and met Ymir Fritz. His weathered and sharp gaze, having witnessed countless lives, deaths, and inherited memories, is no longer as pure as it once was. In addition to his villain-like black attire, his hair can also be recreated with or without a bun using interchangeable parts.
Accessories include interchangeable arms for a crossed-arm pose and hands-on-hips pose, conveying a sense of distance and growing apart from his comrades. The "World Outside the Walls Picture Book" he read with Armin as a child and an "Aspirational Face" evoke memories of the trio's promise. The tightly bound chains on his hands recreate the scene from "a world where even death doesn't exist" during Eren's journey through memories. Furthermore, an unrevealed face part is included, which will be officially announced after the anime begins airing.
