The lighter with the strongest combat power! Bandai's GASHAPON division, under its "GASHAPON Encyclopedia" series, is set to release a gashapon toy of the protagonist robot "GOLD LIGHTAN" from the classic 80s robot anime 《Gold Lightan》（ゴールドライタン）! Scheduled for release in October 2022.
《Gold Lightan》（known in Taiwan at the time as "Invincible Little Warrior"） is a robot anime produced by the renowned Japanese animation studio "Tatsunoko Production" (株式会社タツノコプロダクション). It aired on "Tokyo 12 Channel" (now TV Tokyo) in March 1981, with a total of 52 episodes. The story describes the protagonist robot Gold Lightan (ゴールドライタン), a golden-bodied mechanical fighter from a mechanical dimension. Normally tiny, he can transform into the appearance of a lighter. In times of crisis, by shouting "Seven-Color Rainbow" and passing through another dimension, he can giantize into a 30-meter-tall robot, leading his lighter army comrades to defend Earth against King Bakuda's mechanical monster army.

This Gold Lightan from Bandai GASHAPON's "GASHAPON Encyclopedia" faithfully recreates Gold Lightan's appearance from the original work in a mini size. Standing approximately 10 cm tall, it can also transform into a cute lighter, about 5 cm tall, just like in the original. The materials used include electroplating and alloy, giving it an overall premium feel. It is available in three colors: gold, silver, and copper.
