Japanese toy brand T-ARTS, a subsidiary of TAKARA TOMY Company, recently announced a new capsule toy series for their popular "Katazun Fig." line, featuring characters from "SPY×FAMILY"! These adorable figures are slated for a July 2022 release.
The "Katazun Fig." series has previously released capsule toys for popular IPs such as "Pokémon," "Snoopy," "Toy Story," "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," and "Moomin." The line specializes in creating palm-sized dioramas of characters sleeping shoulder-to-shoulder, making them incredibly cute and soothing desk companions. This latest collection features the Forger family and Becky Blackbell, reinterpreted in adorable chibi proportions and sculpted at approximately 5 cm tall. Each figure showcases classic outfits or their Eden Academy uniforms, captured in charming, slightly askew sleeping poses. Interestingly, only Loid Forger (Twilight) appears to remain on alert, a testament to his status as Westalis's top spy!
For fans familiar with the "SPY×FAMILY" storyline and Becky's strong admiration and vivid fantasies about Anya's father, Loid Forger, seeing her appear alongside the Forger family in this set is undoubtedly amusing! It almost looks like she's trying to sneak in next to Loid and pretend to be asleep!
