Following the release of the fifth installment featuring the national anime "Crayon Shin-chan" from Kasukabe by Bandai Co., Ltd. (株式会社バンダイ) GASHAPON's Hugcot series of charging cable protectors, the brand new sixth installment, "Hugcot Crayon Shin-chan 6" (ハグコット クレヨンしんちゃん5) Gashapon, is also set to appear. There will be a total of five designs, with a reference price of 300 JPY per capsule, scheduled for release in late July 2022.
The Hugcot series transforms popular characters from the work into protectors that can be attached to mobile phone charging cables. When used, it looks as if the characters are embracing the cable with both arms, and whether used individually or with a whole bunch climbing on, they are incredibly cute. This time, Hugcot Crayon Shin-chan 6 features a baby-themed design, including five characters: Shin-chan, Kazama, Nene, Bo, and Masao. With their super adorable baby fat, short baby hair, and onesie outfits, combined with soft baby colors, the designs are both hilarious and charming!
