The modeling brand Kinetiquettes, which has captivated many toy collectors with its rich fighting game-themed statues, today (21st) announced its latest product from "Attack on Titan": the "Hope For Humanity" 1/10 scale diorama statue! Multiple versions are available for selection, with an estimated shipping date in Q4 2023.
This piece stands approximately 71 cm tall, depicting the moment humanity within the walls sounds the horn of counterattack. The overall theme centers on Titan transformation, featuring the "Attack Titan" in the process of forming its body, "Eren" biting his hand, and "Mikasa" and humanity's strongest soldier "Levi" launching an assault equipped with their ODM gear. The Titan, making a powerful appearance amidst thick smoke, ruined stone architecture, and yellow lightning effects, can further showcase the impact of its transformation moment with LED lighting! The expanding skin and muscles, the intricate bone details, and even the seemingly dripping saliva are all rendered with high sculptural prowess! It is incredibly stunning from every angle.
In addition to the diorama statue featuring Eren, Mikasa, and Levi, Kinetiquettes has also simultaneously released individual versions of each character. Eren's individual version maintains the same state as in the Titan diorama, while Mikasa's base is replaced with the debris of buildings destroyed by Titans.
The individual version of Captain Levi depicts him battling the Beast Titan, with the blade cutting through his finger rendered quite well; however, personally, I feel that the facial contours of both Mikasa and Captain Levi are not very accurate in their individual versions, making the individual versions less recommended.
