Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS today officially announced 'TINY SESSION', a brand new completed model series themed on "Macross". The first wave of products will feature "VF-25G Messiah Valkyrie (Michel's Unit) with Ranka" and "VF-25F Messiah Valkyrie (Alto's Unit) with Sheryl" from "Macross Frontier", scheduled for release in November 2022.
'TINY SESSION' redesigns the cool variable fighters appearing in the "Macross" series into adorable SD proportions. While the overall size is within 10 cm, it features a precise and sophisticated transformation mechanism, allowing for the recreation of the three iconic transformation modes: FIGHTER, GERWALK, and BATTROID, by swapping some parts. Each joint also has a certain range of articulation, allowing for dynamic posing with the included weapons. Furthermore, it includes 3 cm tall mini chibi figures of popular female characters from each series, which can be displayed on the fighters to recreate iconic singing scenes from the show.
The second wave of products is planned to feature the five Walküre divas and the five variable fighters of the Delta Platoon, "VF-31 Siegfried", from "Macross Delta".
