Among the non-articulated figure brand Figuarts ZERO, released by BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's toy division TAMASHII NATIONS in Japan, the "EXTRA BATTLE" series, which recreates characters in the moment of unleashing their moves, has recently announced its latest product, "Eustass Kid -Three Captains Onigashima Monster Decisive Battle-"! This follows the release of "Luffy" and "Law" based on the Wano Country Arc of "ONE PIECE". It is scheduled for release in December 2022.
This product stands approximately 35.5 cm tall, recreating Eustass Kid's ferocious battle style and Magnet-Magnet Fruit ability with a powerful sculpt and ingenious design. It captures Kid unleashing one of his special moves, "Magnetic String (パンクギブソン)", slamming down from mid-air. In addition to the giant mechanical arm, abundant smoke effects cleverly form another support point. His maniacal laughing expression, chest scars, feathered coat, and the mechanisms of the steel parts are all meticulously sculpted. The overall piece possesses a strong sense of dynamism – truly impressive!
