The popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts", released by BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's toy division TAMASHII NATIONS, recently announced the latest product from "Ultraman Trigger," "Evil Trigger," slated for release on November 15, 2022. This item is a commemorative product for BANDAI's official exhibition event, TAMASHII NATION 2022, and is scheduled for a lottery sale on PREMIUM BANDAI at a later date.
Evil Trigger appears in the movie "Ultraman Trigger Episode Z." Due to Ryuichi Tokioka (Zabil)'s twisted obsession with light, he stole the ancient Spark Lens and even sacrificed the lives of his comrades, transforming into a shadow giant consumed by negative emotions and fighting with extreme wickedness. Its appearance and color scheme inherit from Evil Tiga from "Ultraman Tiga."
The "S.H.Figuarts Evil Trigger" is produced in cooperation with Tsuburaya Productions' sculpting department LSS. It faithfully recreates the in-show appearance at a 150mm scale, featuring gold, silver, black, and red paintwork along with clear parts to express its sinister color scheme. It boasts highly articulated joints that maintain poseability, and comes with multiple interchangeable hand parts and a replaceable red Color Timer for dynamic display.
Unfortunately, it does not include Evil Trigger's purple-black beam effect. Instead, it comes with a set of BONUS parts that can be used with the separately sold "S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Z" to recreate Haruki Natsukawa's RED DAMAGE state after being possessed by Celebro. These parts include a head with a red left eye, a right hand with a light orb effect, and a replacement left hand part.
