The popular articulated figure series "S.H.Figuarts," released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has announced its second product from the popular anime "Chainsaw Man": "S.H.Figuarts Power." The suggested retail price is 7,700 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in June 2023!
The dark shonen manga series "Chainsaw Man," created by Japanese manga artist Tatsuki Fujimoto, tells the story of Denji (publisher's translation, phonetic translation is Dianci), a boy who makes a living by slaying devils. After an unexpected rebirth, he gains the new power of "Chainsaw" and joins the Public Safety Devil Hunters to battle various devils. He partners with "Power," a Blood Fiend who is also part of the "Public Safety Devil Extermination Special Division 4" and can create various weapons from her own blood.
Power appears at first glance to be a beautiful girl with blonde hair and golden eyes, featuring prominent devil horns on her head. However, her personality is wild and she refers to herself as "Lord." While she claims to be a "super terrifying devil," she always plays dead or runs away when facing strong enemies. She is short-tempered and habitually lies, and despite having a small bust, she likes to wear breast pads to feign large breasts.
The "S.H.Figuarts Power" articulated figure faithfully recreates Power's half-tied Public Safety Devil Extermination Special Division uniform, loose blue hooded jacket, rolled-up pant legs, and sneakers. Made with soft materials, it allows for a wide range of flexible poses! It comes with five interchangeable face parts: a confident "normal face," a mischievous "open-mouthed smiling face," a "shouting face" for combat, a reluctant "anxious face," and a sweating "scared face." Paired with the Blood Fiend's "large hammer," "iron hammer," and "hatchet (×2)," along with a rich selection of interchangeable hand gestures, you can recreate battle scenes and humorous daily life moments from the series! "Lord's" beloved cat, "Meowy," is also included, of course!
