GOOD SMILE COMPANY, a Japanese model manufacturer, has announced the latest product in its 'Nendoroid' series of Q-version articulated figures, "Jean Kirstein," from the popular anime "Attack on Titan." The suggested retail price is 7,000 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in June 2023!
Jean Kirstein, a popular character from Japanese manga artist Hajime Isayama's manga series "Attack on Titan (進撃の巨人)," was a fellow trainee in the 104th Training Corps with the protagonist Eren. Due to his crush on Mikasa, he particularly disliked Eren and often clashed with him over differing ideals. He is quick-witted and possesses leadership skills in critical situations. Although he has a sharp tongue, he is a warm-hearted man who is considerate of others and empathetic towards the weak, making him truly the strongest among his fellow trainees.
The "Nendoroid Jean Kirstein" articulated figure is based on his early anime appearance, faithfully recreating his distinctive hairstyle and Survey Corps uniform in Q-version style. It comes with three interchangeable face plates: a calm "standard face," a "provocative face" showcasing his expressive reactions, and a "blushing face" for a touch of unexpected cuteness. Like other Nendoroids in the series, it includes the "3D Maneuver Gear," "Ultra Hard Steel Blades," and "Maneuver Effect Parts," as well as the indispensable "green cape" of the Survey Corps! Let Jean join the Nendoroid world of Titans!
