Japanese model manufacturer Max Factory has once again announced the latest product in the new bishoujo plastic model series "Guilty Princess", a collaboration with popular illustrator Tony, under their highly diverse and popular assembly model brand "PLAMAX". The "GP-06 Maidroid Kuon" is scheduled for release in June 2023.
The original series "Guilty Princess" is PLAMAX's first bishoujo plastic model kit, featuring "battle maidens" with fairy tale and mythological elements designed by illustrator Tony, who has participated in character designs for multiple "Shining" series titles. The kit utilizes the production experience from the figma series of articulated figures, simultaneously offering both a wide range of articulation and beautiful body curves, showcasing the feminine grace, sexiness, and cuteness of female characters.
"PLAMAX GP-06 Maidroid Kuon" is the first to feature a brown-skinned body to recreate the cool and sexy ninja maid designed by Tony. The kit uses multiple molded color parts to create her grey-white hair and the black and white of her maid outfit. Three pre-painted face parts are included: "Grinning Face," "Cool Face," and "Masked Face," along with three unpainted face parts and water-slide decals with eye patterns.
Various golden ninja tools for "grass cutting" are also rendered in gold molded color. These include bow-shaped scissor parts "Ninja Katana (x2)," "Kunoichi Katana (x2)," "Sickle (x2)," the whirlwind shuriken "Kamaidachi Zero-Shiki," the broom-type weapon "Broom Shotgun," Kuon's exclusive grass-cutting accessories "Kusagari-maru" and "Kunai (x2)," and more. These can be combined with the flexible articulated joints and various PVC hand parts to recreate cool battle poses.
