Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd.'s HOBBY Division today announced the latest product from the "Mashin Hero Wataru 2" series, "Ryuseimaru," for its robot-themed plastic model "HG (HIGH GRADE)" series, with an estimated release date in February 2023.
In the story, after Shinseijin Ryujinmaru was sealed into a dark space by Kokuryukaku, Wataru Ikusabe drew the Savior's Sword "Koryuken" and caused a miracle, allowing the sealed Shinseijin Ryujinmaru to evolve once again into the golden Mashin "Ryuseimaru." Ryuseimaru possesses even greater power than the Space World-type Shinseijin Ryujinmaru, with all ability stats at 250, and the ability to freely change values for strength, speed, and intelligence. It can unleash powerful special moves with the Koryuken and Enryumen, and can even transform into its true form, the "Flying Dragon."
The "HG Ryuseimaru" thoroughly reproduces its in-show appearance with new parts, utilizing multi-color molded parts in white, red, gold, blue, etc., and featuring precise separation design, allowing for the reproduction of details like the white dragon crests on both shoulders even with a straight build. The jewel on the Koryuken is reproduced with three-dimensional jewel stickers. Thanks to the pull-out joint structure in the shoulders, it can be posed holding the sword with both hands, raised overhead, in the signature stance for unleashing the special move "Koryuken"! Furthermore, its true form, the "Flying Dragon Form," can be reproduced by replacing some parts!
