From China, the officially licensed statue collectible brand HEX Collectibles, under its EDS (Elite Dynamic Statues) series, will launch a powerful new 1/6 scale "Kurapika VS Uvogin" statue based on "Hunter x Hunter"! Limited to 400 pieces, the estimated retail price is 4888 RMB, with an anticipated release in Q2 2024.
Kurapika, a candidate in the 287th Hunter Exam, acted alongside Gon and Leorio during the exam, later forming a team with Killua Zoldyck. He is the sole survivor of the Kurta Clan, which was annihilated by the Phantom Troupe, and has embarked on a path of revenge to avenge his clan. Originally intelligent, calm, and rational, he becomes neurotic and loses judgment when matters involving the Troupe or his clan arise. When emotionally agitated, his eyes turn scarlet, becoming "Scarlet Eyes".
This "HEX Collectibles EDS Series Kurapika VS Uvogin" 1/6 scale statue dynamically recreates the classic battle scene where Kurapika confronts his clan's annihilator, Uvogin, with dynamic sculpting and meticulous paintwork. Kurapika, airborne, firmly binds Uvogin with his materialized chains, his eyes fixed on his enemy, filled with unwavering resolve. It includes two interchangeable outfits: his traditional blue clan attire and his white and green training suit, recreating different battle states.
In stark contrast to Kurapika, Uvogin is depicted with a ferocious, roaring expression, his rugged physique and massive muscles evident as he infuses his Nen into his right fist, poised to unleash his Super Destructive Punch. The base features shattered rocks and crimson transparent effect parts bursting forth, showcasing the overall tension!
