To commemorate the upcoming 20th anniversary of Toei's tokusatsu work "Kamen Rider 555," which first aired on January 26, 2003, BANDAI SPIRITS' Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS has announced this evening that the latest entry in its "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)" series, which sculpts figures from the skeletal structure to accurately reproduce the physique of tokusatsu heroes, will be "Kamen Rider Faiz." Detailed product information will be revealed on January 26, the exact 20th anniversary.
Kamen Rider Faiz, primarily transformed by the protagonist Takumi Inui, is a special combat-enhanced suit formed using the "Gear" external device developed by SmartBrain. Its head features a "Φ" shape, and vibrant red Photon Blood flows throughout its Photon Frames, emitting a dazzling glow in the dark. Only Orphnochs capable of controlling Photon Blood are qualified to transform. Its most iconic finishing move is the "Crimson Smash" kick, which injects Photon Blood into the Faiz Pointer equipped on the leg. While Faiz's default output is limited for safety, it boasts superior weapon expandability and can temporarily release its output restrictions to switch to "Accel Form."
