MaxFactory, a Japanese toy company, is releasing a new assembly model under its popular and diverse PLAMAX brand, featuring "Mari Illustrious Makinami" from the popular film "Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance"! A Sculptor's White version will also be available, with both scheduled for release in August 2023.
Based on the PVC scale figure released in 2011, the "PLAMAX Mari Illustrious Makinami" assembly model makes its reappearance as a plastic model, with individual parts completely replicated via 3D scanning. Standing approximately 200mm tall, it perfectly recreates Mari in her new plugsuit, with her flowing long hair and confident expression exuding charm. Featuring face parts with tampo printing and multi-color molding, even novice modelers can easily complete it.
