Piece by piece, LEGO bricks offer infinite possibilities; with imagination, anything can be created. There are countless LEGO enthusiasts worldwide who meticulously craft astonishing works, brick by brick! Recently, with the release of the LEGO ICONS series' "10313 Wildflower Bouquet" and "10314 Dried Flower Centrepiece," LEGO botanical collections have once again sparked a new wave of discussion. This article will introduce a new creation by DOGOD Brick Design: "Flowery Owl" (tentative translation)!
This "Flowery Owl" utilizes approximately 1800 pieces, playfully presenting the flowers from the "10313 Wildflower Bouquet" in various combinations. These include Gerbera Daisies for the owl's large eyes, Cow Parsley and Lupins for the chest feathers, Delphiniums at the top, and on the back, Cornflowers and Lavender forming the tail feathers. The perky feathers on either side of the head are represented by common palm leaf elements, while the wings are composed of larger green Technic parts (presumed to be from the "10289 Bird of Paradise" set), creating varying layers and textures. The overall design boasts high detail density and vibrant colors.
The base is also quite impressive; the Flowery Owl perched on a tree trunk design exudes a strong forest ambiance, perfectly complementing the botanical art theme. Extending further down is an open book, imbuing the entire piece with a fairytale atmosphere. It's worth noting that this creation is currently on display on the 5th floor of Eslite Xinyi Store.
