Japan's high-end statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, in collaboration with renowned Korean collectibles brand Blitzway, following the release of "Catwoman" from "Batman Returns" in their "Museum Masterline" product line, has recently unveiled the 1/3 scale full body statue of "Batman" (バットマン) from "Batman (1989)"! Both the Regular and Ultimate versions will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping date of May-August 2024.
This large-scale three-dimensional rendition of "Batman (1989)" stands at an impressive 78 cm tall. It meticulously recreates every detail of the Batsuit based on the film's design, including the yellow-backed black Bat-symbol on the chest, the dazzling metallic utility belt, and the highly sculpted muscle lines on the chest and abdomen. The cape, made from soft material, can be freely opened or draped over the hands. The head sculpt masterfully captures actor "Michael Keaton's" essence while wearing the cowl, featuring realistic skin textures and his signature pursed lips. Accessories include interchangeable hands for relaxed, fisted, and grappling gun-holding poses. The base is designed with the Batcave's environment and equipment as its theme, also brimming with intricate details.
The Ultimate Version luxuriously includes an additional 1/3 scale full body statue of "Bruce Wayne," standing approximately 75 cm tall. It not only vividly portrays Michael Keaton's on-screen demeanor and hairstyle from that era, but also features a super cool pose with hands in pockets and a sharp suit. The Wayne Manor-themed base is a huge bonus.
▼ The Batarang can be held in hand or placed on the base.
