Piece by piece, LEGO bricks offer infinite possibilities; with imagination, you can create anything! There are countless LEGO enthusiasts worldwide who meticulously craft astonishing works! This time, we're introducing the "WHERE'S WALLY/WALDO?" diorama submitted by LEGO fan Iyan Ha to LEGO Ideas, which has achieved 10,000 votes of support!
Iyan Ha's "WHERE'S WALLY/WALDO?" can be seen as a three-dimensional game book, incorporating the popular modular/separable scene design of recent years. Each of the six books is transformed into a 16x16 mini-model. Not only do the scene designs correspond to the actual story content, but Iyan Ha also presents book-like elements for display. With the numbering of each small scene, they can all be assembled together to form a dazzling, expansive world, as if you were truly looking at a "Where's Wally?" children's book, complete with various styles of architecture, plants, and creatures. The outer frame also retains the red and white checkered embellishments.
Moving on to the specifications, the entire build uses 2159 pieces and includes 185 micro-scale figures. The main characters, "Wally" and "Odlaw," are available in both standard LEGO minifigure and micro-scale figure versions. This means you can truly place the micro-scale Wally and Odlaw figures within the scene for others to find, offering an experience similar to a game book, but with enhanced fun. Furthermore, Iyan Ha has also designed display bases for the figures and mini-book elements. The whole concept is truly fascinating, and we sincerely hope it successfully passes review for commercialization!
