Following the affordable pre-painted figure series 'POP UP PARADE' from Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY, and after Tiz Arrior and Agnès Oblige, the third product from the classic 3DS RPG masterpiece 'Bravely Default Flying Fairy', which celebrates its tenth anniversary, 'Edea Lee', has been announced for release in July 2023.
In the game, Edea Lee, the beloved daughter of the Grand Marshal of the Duchy of Eternia, is a disciple of the Swordmaster Kamiizumi, and a gentle, kind 15-year-old girl. Naive and inexperienced, she is like a 'fledgling', judging right and wrong based on her own sense of justice. She is indignant at her homeland's persecution of the Crystal Orthodoxy and chooses to join the Wind Vestal Agnès and her companions to oppose her own country. After growing through her journey, Edea truly understands that the world's reality is not as simple as the black and white she initially perceived...
The 'POP UP PARADE Edea Lee' figure is based on the artwork by Akihiko Yoshida and the game's chibi-style design. Standing at an easy-to-collect height of 15 cm, it faithfully recreates her knight's outfit, characterized by the large bow in her hair and the hidden bear motif on the back of her skirt. It boasts a refined sculpt and rich color application. The product is priced at 4,800 JPY (tax included). It is an excellent commemorative item as the game celebrates its 10th anniversary.
