Beloved and collected by many fans and players of "Saint Seiya", the "Saint Cloth Myth EX" series of products launched by BANDAI SPIRITS' Collectors Division, following Seiya, Shun, and Shiryu, is finally releasing the Final Bronze Cloth version of Cygnus Hyoga! Scheduled for release in August 2023.
In "Hades Chapter: Sanctuary", Seiya and his companions' Cloths were restored and evolved by the former Pope Shion, who, at the brink of death, used Athena's blood as a medium to bless them. Reborn by Athena's blood, the Final Bronze Cloth possesses the ability to pass through other dimensions without being swallowed. Thanks to this, Seiya and the others were finally able to reach Elysium, where Hades resides.
Similar to previous releases, this Final Bronze Cloth version of Cygnus Hyoga was previously released in the "Saint Cloth Myth" series in 2006. After a 17-year hiatus, it is being re-released as "Saint Cloth Myth EX", with significant improvements to many details. The character's expressions are closer to the original, and Hyoga also comes with four interchangeable face parts. (At this point, Hyoga already has a bandage over one eye, an injury sustained during the Poseidon Chapter.) Additionally, it includes four sets of hand parts, hair accessories, and the wings on the back of the Cygnus Cloth, allowing for the recreation of the scene with Shiryu in the other dimension, preparing to head to the sacred land. It also includes crying face parts for the other three characters, allowing for the recreation of the emotional scene where all four shed tears.
