From China's high-quality collectible toy brand HIYA TOYS, its EXQUISITE BASIC ultimate value series will release the "Golden Demise – Monster Zero" King Ghidorah from Legendary Pictures' 2019 film "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" as a non-scale 14-inch articulated figure, with a suggested retail price of $90 USD, scheduled for release in October 2023!
King Ghidorah, who appeared in "Godzilla: King of the Monsters," is a monster known as "MONSTER ZERO," discovered by the Monarch organization, dormant in the Antarctic ice, and forcibly awakened under the plan of an eco-terrorist organization. Originally thought to be a "Titan" like Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan, maintaining Earth's order, it is actually an extraterrestrial species that invaded Earth from space billions of years ago. Its three heads have distinct personalities, and it possesses powerful regenerative abilities. Its size is considered the largest in its history.
The "EXQUISITE BASIC King Ghidorah" 14-inch articulated figure stands approximately 35 cm tall, with an impressive wingspan of 56 cm. Produced based on the original CG data from the film, it faithfully recreates its powerful and menacing pose with outstretched wings as it appeared in the movie! The scales, musculature, and wing membranes across its entire body are meticulously sculpted, reproducing its monstrous biological feel. The distinct expressions of its three heads—calm, and ferocious—are all individually captured! Featuring an excellent articulated design, its neck, tail, and wings all have multiple points of articulation for dynamic posing. With the included stand, you can recreate various poses such as standing with intimidating outstretched wings or supporting itself with its front wings.
