Japan's HobbyJapan Co., Ltd. (株式会社ホビージャパン) model brand "AMAKUNI", following the release of "Yuma Tsukumo" based on the popular anime "Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL", has once again announced its latest product, the "Astral" 1/7 scale figure. The suggested retail price is 20,900 JPY, with an estimated release in October-November 2024!
"Astral", one of the protagonists of "Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL", the 4th installment in the Yu-Gi-Oh! series, is a mysterious lifeform from the Astral World. He possesses exceptional dueling skills, but due to his memories scattering into 99 "Number Cards", he lost all memories except those related to dueling. To recover his memories, he came to the human world to collect the scattered Number Monsters. He met Yuma after Yuma obtained the Emperor's Key. In contrast to the passionate Yuma, Astral has a calm personality, and initially appeared somewhat aloof due to his lack of common sense regarding the human world.
The "AMAKUNI Astral" 1/7 scale figure stands approximately 24 cm tall. Sculpted by i-con, it faithfully recreates Astral's non-corporeal blue body in the human world, expressing its shimmering, luminous appearance through paintwork! Characteristic details such as his hairstyle, facial expression, Duel Disk, and earrings are all meticulously sculpted, perfectly realizing Astral's image. Additionally, this product includes a base that allows for joint display with Yuma Tsukumo, recreating scenes of the two fighting side-by-side~
