Max Factory, a Japanese model manufacturer, has announced the latest product from its popular articulated figure series 'figma': 'Nice Nature' from the popular mobile game 'Uma Musume Pretty Derby', scheduled for release in May 2024.
With a name and appearance that suggest a refined lady, Nice Nature is actually an Uma Musume from a rural shopping district. She possesses exceptional life skills, from cooking, laundry, and cleaning to budget-conscious shopping, and is deeply beloved by the local grandmas. She feels her name might be a bit too grand, leading to excessive expectations, simply because her real-life horse counterpart, 'Nice Nature,' regrettably placed third in multiple Grade 1 races. The Uma Musume in the game often shares this fate, but consistently securing third place in the Arima Kinen for three consecutive years undeniably demonstrates her outstanding ability. She has not given up on becoming an excellent Uma Musume, and even if it's just third place, she remains content and continues to strive for the next race.
The 'figma Nice Nature' figure brings her battle uniform appearance to life as a 14 cm tall articulated figure. It meticulously recreates her elegant dress combined with Christmas-themed red and green accessories. The figure comes with four interchangeable face plates: 'Smiling Face,' 'Serious Face,' 'Winking Face,' and 'Smirking Face,' along with various interchangeable hand parts. The entire body utilizes figma's original joint parts, achieving flexible yet secure articulation. This allows for recreating a multitude of poses with different expressions and hand gestures, and even dynamic racing scenes on the track when combined with the 'Running Effect' part!
Furthermore, ordering this product from the 'GOODSMILE Online Shop' will include a limited bonus: an 'L-size figma base with a grass design,' which can be displayed together to resemble a racetrack.
