Tsume-Art, the top Luxembourgish statue team renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and magnificent dioramas in creating Japanese anime and manga character statues, recently unveiled its latest product from "Naruto Shippuden" in its "IKIGAI" series: the "Minato Namikaze" 1/6 scale full body statue! It is currently available for pre-order on the Tsume official website, with an estimated shipping start in Q1 2024.
Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, is the man who not only topped the world popularity character poll but also received his own standalone manga chapter! He sacrificed himself to protect the Hidden Leaf Village, thwart Obito Uchiha's plot, and prevent the Nine-Tails from causing further destruction when his son, Naruto Uzumaki, was born, making him a great hero of the Hidden Leaf Village. Minato's signature jutsu, the Flying Thunder God Technique, is an S-rank space-time ninjutsu, allowing him to instantly teleport to his specially marked kunai scattered across various locations or to specific jutsu formulas. His speed was even faster than the Raikage at the time, earning him the title "Yellow Flash of the Leaf" throughout the ninja world. If he had any flaws, it would probably be his long and convoluted jutsu naming sense (laughs).
This "Minato Namikaze" statue, brought to life in the IKIGAI series, stands at 41 cm tall and is crafted from Polyresin. It depicts Minato in a battle stance, holding his special kunai in one hand and unleashing a Rasengan with the other. In addition to the dynamic main body, his flowing sideburns, the Fourth Hokage's cloak, and the effects surrounding the Rasengan all inject a strong sense of speed into this piece. The metallic sheen on the kunai and the Hidden Leaf forehead protector is also excellent. The base directly summons Gamabunta, meticulously detailing Gamabunta's action of drawing his sword, his skin texture, his smoking pipe, and other characteristic features.
