World-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys yesterday (22nd) unveiled several new 1/6th scale collectible figures. From "Avengers: Endgame," the "Scarlet Witch" is available not only in a sculpted hair version but also simultaneously released in a wool-rooted hair version, limited to 500 sets in Hong Kong, under the "DX ARTISAN EDITION" series!
The wool-rooted hair version of "Scarlet Witch" features beautifully curled, light brown long hair meticulously crafted by hand, creating a more natural and voluminous effect. This is paired with a head sculpt that further captures the facial contours and on-screen presence of actress "Elizabeth Olsen," along with newly designed 4.5 mm eyeballs that showcase even finer pupil details, looking truly impressive from certain angles! The articulated eyes can also recreate Scarlet Witch's red glowing magical effect when illuminated by UV light!
Essentially, apart from the rooted hair craftsmanship, the rest of the figure is identical to the sculpted hair version. This includes the red form-fitting suit, long coat, tight black pants, and the necklace around her neck. Accessories include two pairs of red magic effects representing her powers in action, and a rock-themed base (21 cm long) with LED light-up function, depicting floating rocks. With continuous and flashing light modes, the red effects on the base gain an enhanced sense of presence, undoubtedly elevating the display's overall impact!
