From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, the popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts" has once again announced its latest product, "S.H.Figuarts Mass Production Type Phase-Shift Grasshopper Aug Cyclone (Shin Kamen Rider)," following the "Cyclone" from the movie "Shin Kamen Rider." It has a suggested retail price of 8,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in March 2024.
The Kamen Rider 50th Anniversary commemorative work, "Shin Kamen Rider," directed by Hideaki Anno, is a new interpretation based on the original 1971 "Kamen Rider" and is the fourth film in the "Shin Japan Heroes Universe" series. Featuring talented new-generation actors Sosuke Ikematsu as the new-generation Takeshi Hongo and Tasuku Emoto as Hayato Ichimonji, it brings audiences back to experience Kamen Rider No. 1 and No. 2 teaming up against the evil organization "Shocker" in a modern style infused with nostalgic elements.
The "S.H.Figuarts Mass Production Type Phase-Shift Grasshopper Aug Cyclone (Shin Kamen Rider)" is based on the movie's settings, faithfully recreating its in-film colors and design. The four headlights and windshield are rendered using clear parts. When displayed with the separately sold "Mass Production Type Phase-Shift Grasshopper Aug," you can recreate the in-film machine riding state!
