BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division, Japan, has announced the latest product from the highly popular character model kit series 'Figure-rise Standard', the "ULTRAMAN SUIT JACK -ACTION-" from "ULTRAMAN", scheduled for release on March 16, 2024.
JACK SUIT is an Ultraman Suit created by the Alien Yapool for the muscular fighter Jack. It features armor that is heavier and more muscular in appearance compared to other suits, effectively protecting the user's body and intimidating enemies. Although seemingly bulky, it possesses excellent mobility, and is equipped with a rich array of armaments including a retractable sword, railgun, beam shield, and stealth field.
"Figure-rise Standard ULTRAMAN SUIT JACK -ACTION-" precisely recreates the JACK SUIT's characteristic robust and powerful physique with intricate parts, showcasing the armor's thickness and sharp edges, and largely reproduces the colors from the series using red and silver molded parts. In addition to the flexible limb joint design, the abdominal joint offers a choice between a "mobility-focused specification" or an "LED light-up specification" that illuminates the chest (LED unit sold separately).
The armaments can recreate the wrist-mounted railgun and retractable sword through interchangeable parts. The wrist beam weapon can also recreate firing scenes with effect parts. Furthermore, the product includes original armaments newly designed by manga artist Eiichi Shimizu: a "Cannon" and a "Great Axe". The two cannons mounted on Jack's back can recreate both stored and firing states thanks to movable bases. The "Great Axe" boasts an imposing size of 26.5 cm in height, allowing for powerful battle poses when combined with the equally massive main body.
