The popular action figure series 'S.H.Figuarts', released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, recently unveiled the prototype for its first product from miHoYo's popular game Genshin Impact, "Paimon". The release date is yet to be determined.
The small, cute, flying emergency food, "Paimon," is the companion rescued by the player's Traveler (Aether/Lumine) with a fishing rod after arriving on the continent of Teyvat. She speaks on behalf of the often-silent player with NPCs and advances the story. Despite her mysterious background and childlike appearance and personality, Paimon possesses surprisingly extensive knowledge, offering timely advice to players. Her interactions with NPCs are also quite charming and amusing, making her arguably the signature mascot of Genshin Impact.
From the currently revealed prototype of the "S.H.Figuarts Paimon", it's evident that details such as her petal-like cuffs and long boots, the patterns on her jumpsuit, her night-sky-like cape, and her mysterious crown design are all faithfully reproduced. The youthful face parts utilize printing to recreate her deep pupils and adorable smile. The entire figure features precise part segmentation and articulation, allowing for playful poses that capture her light, floating demeanor.
