Hello everyone, today I'll be unboxing and sharing with you Hdge's Gakune Kai Sekihai Shiemi Sailor Uniform Ver.
Three years ago, when I unboxed the re-released Prisoner and Paper Airplane Ver., I briefly introduced Gakune Kai's background. Therefore, I won't elaborate further today; let's focus on the product itself.
When I first unboxed the Prisoner and Paper Airplane Ver., I wished that Sekihai Shiemi Sailor Uniform Ver. would also be re-released. I originally thought this wish would come true quickly, but unexpectedly, it wasn't until 2023 that news of a re-release emerged. Along the way, I almost couldn't resist paying a premium for it.
To be honest, having had the experience of unboxing the Prisoner and Paper Airplane Ver., I didn't have overly high expectations for the product's detail quality. I essentially acquired this one for its pose and styling. And after unboxing, it was indeed as I had originally expected; thankfully, I was mentally prepared.

The outer box design is also very simple; apart from product photos on the front and one side, the rest is black with product text information. However, the paper material used is quite good, very thick and sturdy.

Contents: main figure and base.

Figure rotation.
I wanted to collect it because I was attracted by this enchanting pose; it has a certain allure that I never tire of seeing~

Regarding the details, the face doesn't have any specific angle limitations. However, the hair's intricacy is quite poor by current standards, and so are the earrings. And I didn't notice during the unboxing that the pendant part of the necklace was crooked to the side, which is quite amusing... Unlike the heterochromia design of the Prisoner and Paper Airplane Ver., both eyes are red, but the pupils are different, because one eye is a prosthetic.

The hair accessory's paintwork is also very ordinary, and even a bit crooked.

Although the hair's intricacy is subpar, the paint application effect is quite good.

Sailor uniform, full of youthful vibrancy~ XD

Besides the pose, I've always considered the hand gestures to be the biggest highlight of this product.

Ultra-short skirt and over-the-knee black stockings.

The shoe design is quite good; the white and purple alternating pattern adds a sense of richness. Moreover, it creates an effect that makes the material feel fluffy and soft. There's not much to say about the base; it's the same black, plain triangular piece as before.

Kai has exhibitionism in her character setting. I originally thought that, given this setting, the level of nudity in this version would be much more conservative than the Prisoner and Paper Airplane Ver. But when I opened the box and found a layer of plastic film underneath the skirt, I knew this version was much naughtier~~>///

That concludes the introduction to the contents.
Fellow collectors who only collect Hatsune Miku might want to consider carefully, as this is not Miku. If you want to try something different, then consider it.
If you are very particular about detail requirements, I suggest you might want to skip this product, unless, like me, you are particularly fond of this pose and styling and are willing to accept the flaws in detail.
Furthermore, the costume differs significantly from the Prisoner and Paper Airplane Ver.; it's not simply a recolored variant. If you like it, collecting both versions is perfectly fine.
