The action figure brand S.H.Figuarts, released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collectors' toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., is launching a new product based on "Kamen Rider Gotchard"—the "Kamen Rider Dread Zero Form" action figure. With a suggested retail price of 9,350 JPY, it is scheduled for release in December 2024!
Kamen Rider Dread, the antagonist Rider appearing in "Kamen Rider Gotchard" (仮面ライダーガッチャード), transforms using the "Dread Driver" (ドレッドライバー), a crystal of human malice, in conjunction with "Repli Chemy Cards." The "Zero Form" is his basic form, achieved by scanning and inserting the Steamliner (スチームライナー) Repli Chemy Card into the Dread Driver.
This "Kamen Rider Dread Zero Form" action figure stands approximately 15 cm tall, faithfully recreating Kamen Rider Dread's appearance from his debut in Episode 12. The yellow and orange on the head and chest armor are rendered with gradient paintwork, while the scarf is made from soft plastic material. Accessories include his dedicated sword "Bloody AB" and twin guns "Bloody BB," allowing for dynamic battle poses alongside Kamen Rider Gotchard!
