Issued by BANPRESTO, a prize figure brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, the "ESPRESTO" collectible series, which pursues high-quality texture, dynamic character presentation, and incorporates transparent visual effects, will release its latest product from "OSHI NO KO", the "ESPRESTO-Excite Motions-Ai" figure, in December 2024.
Hoshino Ai is the absolute ace and eternal center of the idol group "B-Komachi". She possesses a pair of incredibly sparkling, deceptive eyes that captivate audiences, drawing them in completely from the moment she begins to perform! At 16, she became pregnant out of wedlock and gave birth to a pair of twins, Hoshino Aquamarine and Hoshino Ruby, in the countryside. Later in her performances, she realized that people preferred her true self, which was the genuine smile she showed when seeing her children and expressing her emotions. As time passed, with her family situation cleverly concealed, Ai gradually became the most popular idol of her time, until just before she was about to perform at the Tokyo Dome, she was tragically assassinated by an extremist fan.
The "ESPRESTO-Excite Motions-Ai" figure fully captures her captivating charm radiating on stage! It not only recreates her dynamic singing and dancing pose with a microphone in hand, but also meticulously reproduces her performance outfit worn during idol activities, including the heart and star badges, rabbit hair clip, eye-catching pink leather long boots, and the richly layered dress. Great effort has also been put into the detailed depiction of her eyes, which sparkle with starlight. Combined with her long hair, sculpted to convey a sense of movement and featuring beautiful gradient effects, she truly lives up to her title as B-Komachi's absolute ace! The heart-shaped base, incorporating ribbon elements, adds a dreamy atmosphere reminiscent of a performance stage.
