MEGAHOUSE (メガハウス) toy company's popular 3D puzzle toy series "Disassembly Puzzle (解体パズル)" features a FANTASY sub-line focusing on fantasy creatures. The latest product in this line, themed after "Delicious in Dungeon," is the "Monster Collection FULL COURSE" (魔物コレクション フルコース). More information about this product has recently been released, and we can finally learn more about these monsters!
September 5, 2024 Update:
Delicious in Dungeon's biggest selling point is "an adventure of tasting gourmet food in a dungeon labyrinth." The protagonist, Laios, and his party failed in their challenge against the Red Dragon and were wiped out. To rescue his sister, Falin, who was swallowed by the Red Dragon, he decides to challenge the labyrinth again. To solve the food problem on a low budget (and because he has always wanted to try monsters), Laios, along with the magician Marcille, the locksmith Chilchuck, and their newly met companion, Senshi, an axe-wielding warrior who has studied monster cuisine for ten years, embark on a self-sufficient monster cooking exploration journey in the labyrinth.
This rich monster full course includes four 3D models: the Cockatrice Basilisk, Golem, Walking Mushroom, and Mimic, with heights ranging from approximately 3.6 to 6.8 cm. Additionally, there are six accessories: an Adamantite Pot, Slime, Senshi's Shovel, Mithril Knife, Treasure Chest, and Treasure Bug, as well as parts to recreate the magnificent monster dish "Giant Scorpion and Walking Mushroom Hot Pot"! From the officially released images, we can finally see the internal organs of the Basilisk and what tools are needed to more efficiently process these monsters! For example, you can use the Mithril Knife to cut the skin of the Walking Mushroom, or use the shovel to dig into the Golem's back where carrots are hidden... However, we still know very little about the Mimic. Darn, we're really looking forward to this toy set!
Cockatrice Basilisk (バジリスク), approximately 6.8 cm tall
Golem, used as a vegetable garden by Senshi (ゴーレム), approximately 6.7 cm tall
Walking Mushroom (歩き茸), approximately 6.5 cm tall
Mimic (ミミック), approximately 3.6 cm tall
▼ This set also includes a special limited-edition designed packaging box and shikishi (not yet revealed).
