To commemorate the fifth anniversary of Bandai's popular GASHAPON capsule toy brand's "Machibouke" (Waiting) series, a brand new original series, "Dungeon in Waiting: Hero and Dragon's Castle" Gashapon, will be released! The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per capsule, with a total of 6 types, scheduled to launch in August 2024.
"Nothing begins until the hero arrives...!!"
The "Dungeon in Waiting: Hero and Dragon's Castle" series will unfold a vast worldview—an RPG world where nothing can begin until the hero arrives. All character designs are original creations by Mitsuhiro Harakawa, illustrator of "Shinra Bansho Chocolate," and characters such as evil dragons, goblins, and demon lords will appear sequentially! However, the hero seems to still be fast asleep...
The first wave is set against the backdrop of the Dragon's Castle, ruled by the Black Dragon King, and includes: the Legendary Sword waiting to be drawn, the 55 mm Black Dragon King waiting for the hero to challenge, the Village Girl, the terrifying big-eyed Mimic, a Treasure Chest filled with gold (which can open and close), and the essential Slime from the beginner's village. These unique characters are faithfully reproduced with meticulous sculpting and painting. Collect them to create your own dungeon!
