BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Bandai Co., Ltd. Japan, officially announced today a brand-new Shokugan series themed on "Mobile Suit Gundam", "bit lot Gundam", with its first wave scheduled for release in January 2025.
"bit lot Gundam" is a series of plastic articulated figures, approximately 6 cm tall, featuring characters and Mobile Suits from "Mobile Suit Gundam" crafted with a unique head-to-body ratio. In addition to approximately 10 points of articulation allowing movement in the neck and limbs, some characters can also change their appearance through part separation and interchangeable mechanisms.
The first wave of products will include 5 characters: Gundam, Char's Zaku II, Mass Production Type Zaku II, Amuro Ray, and Char Aznable. The three Mobile Suits each come with equipable armaments such as a Beam Rifle, Shield, Bazooka, Zaku Machine Gun, and Heat Hawk. Amuro and Char, in addition to their soldier's pistols, can also equip MS weapons, and their head-swapping mechanisms allow for recreating their appearance after removing their helmets.
