Hong Kong toy company STORM COLLECTIBLES, known for releasing numerous action figures of fighting game and manga characters, following the previously stunning "Yujiro Hanma," is once again launching a new "Baki" themed product—the "Baki Hanma" 1/12 scale action figure from "Baki Hanma," with a suggested retail price of US$85, expected to be released in the first quarter of 2025!
"Baki" is a fighting manga series by Japanese manga artist Keisuke Itagaki, serialized in "Weekly Shōnen Champion" since 1991. As of 2023, five series have been completed, and the sixth series is currently ongoing. The absurd yet intense fighting scenes and interesting settings in the story have been loved by many fans for years, leading to multiple anime adaptations and creating many popular and amusing memes!
Following the "Baki Hanma" action figure released in 2022, which was based on the second series, the "Great Raitai Tournament Saga," this new Baki action figure is based on the "Strongest Father-Son Fight Saga" from the third series, "Baki Hanma"! This Baki figure sculpts his well-trained, scarred, and muscular physique, and finally adds the "Ogre Back" unique to the Hanma family, with intertwined muscles exuding immense power! Furthermore, the main body is newly sculpted, offering a greater range of posing, allowing for easy recreation of his Triceratops Fist and Mantis Fist stances!
Accessories include white briefs made of fabric, as well as the purple tie-dye top and gray long pants he wore during his fight with his father. It also includes four interchangeable head sculpts, six sets of interchangeable hands, and a pair of fabric shoe foot parts, recreating his various appearances from "Baki Hanma"!
