Sousai Shojo Teien "Ritsuka Saeki [Swimsuit] Loose Bun Hair Ver." Returns with New Hairstyle and New Molding Colors!

Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya, in collaboration with illustrator Morikura En, has announced the release of a new product in their everyday-life bishojo plastic model kit series "Sousai Shojo Teien": "Ritsuka Saeki [Swimsuit] Loose Bun Hair Ver.," scheduled for January 2025.

Ritsuka Saeki is a young lady who has been doted on by her parents and older brother since childhood. She possesses an extremely positive personality and fears no challenge. She quickly grasps new concepts and is quite dexterous. Influenced by her brother, she is well-versed in subcultures, though her current interests seem to have shifted to singing and dancing. While she has received numerous confessions from boys at other schools, she currently has no interest in romance and finds it more enjoyable to spend time with her female friends.

"Ritsuka Saeki [Swimsuit] Loose Bun Hair Ver." is a modified version based on the previously released standard edition. The bikini swimsuit, sheer skirt, and flower hair accessory have been replaced with black, clear green, and clear purple molding colors, respectively. Additionally, all skin tone parts have been replaced with the fairer "Color C" molding color.

Four new interchangeable face parts are included: "right eye winking face," "expressionless face," "blushing face," and "tongue-out face." Morikura En's beautifully drawn pupils are perfectly reproduced using high-resolution tampo printing technology. As for hair parts, only the "loose bun (dango) hair" previously included with the winter uniform is provided, without the ponytail, long hair, or twin braids from the standard edition.
