Japanese figure manufacturer PROOF has announced its latest product based on the TV anime "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! 3" – the "Darkness Fairytale ver." 1/7 scale figure! The suggested retail price is 25,300 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in March 2025.
Normally appearing as a dignified Crusader, Darkness possesses beautiful blonde hair, blue eyes, and a voluptuous figure. Her true identity is the daughter of the prestigious Dustiness noble family, but her true nature is that of an extreme masochist, constantly fantasizing about being abused. She twistedly believes that "being sexually harassed by the Demon King is always a female knight's job," and even to enjoy the thrill of "struggling valiantly only to ultimately fall," she deliberately refused to learn offensive skills, instead allocating all her skill points to defense. She wields a greatsword but cannot even hit a stationary target, making her actual attack power in combat virtually zero.
The PROOF "Darkness Fairytale ver." 1/7 scale figure is inspired by the Cinderella fairytale, featuring Darkness in an original Cinderella gown design, with a magnificent staircase serving as the diorama base. Her elegant pose, lifting her skirt, is meticulously sculpted. In addition to the gown's gradient colors from pale yellow to orange, the hem of the skirt is adorned with sparkling glitter paint, creating an even more luxurious texture! She wears pearlescent glass slippers, with one slipper unexpectedly slipping off, a detail incorporated into the scene.
