Kotobukiya (KOTOBUKIYA), a Japanese model manufacturer, in collaboration with illustrator Morikura En, has announced the release of a new product in their 'Sousai Shojo Teien' series of everyday bishojo plastic model kits: "Seira Ichijo [Reiho High School Summer Uniform] Dreaming Style Splash Star★", scheduled for March 2025.
Seira Ichijo attends Reiho High School. She's a cheerleader who wants to cheer on anyone she sees working hard, and a 'mom-type' gal who loves taking care of her friends like Emma and Rui. She has a cheerful and outgoing personality, a strong sense of justice, and rarely gets angry, but becomes formidable when protecting her important friends and family. Seira, who is skilled at cooking, currently works part-time at a set meal restaurant. Her goal is to become a stylist who makes protagonists shine even brighter, much like the Fairy Godmother in "Cinderella".
The newly introduced Seira Ichijo also comes in the customary Dreaming Style special color version. This marks the first time the series uses deeply tanned brown molded parts for the skin, paired with bold and dreamy colors different from the regular version, such as light blue hair and a pink top. The molded colors of accessories like her school bag and mobile phone have been changed, and it includes two interchangeable hair parts – "side-swept hair" and "long wavy hair" – which are sold separately for the regular version, allowing for a significant change in Seira's overall look.
Other parts are essentially the same as the regular version, including a rich selection of interchangeable face parts, hand poses, body parts, etc., allowing you to recreate Seira's lively and cute everyday expressions. The background card customarily included with this Dreaming Style version is the "Heartfelt Kitchen," which depicts a cooking scene. However, this is still only included with the Japanese domestic release and not with overseas versions.
