From December 14, 2024, to April 6, 2025, The LEGO Group in Taiwan is holding the "Playful LEGO® Style" touring exhibition for the first time at Warehouse No. 10 of the Pingtung 1936 Cultural Base. The exhibition gathers over 100 exquisite LEGO models across 7 major themed scenes. Starting with the story of LEGO founder Ole Kirk Kristiansen, it features galleries for Travel & History, Art/Design & Music, Sports & Games, Entertainment, Nature & Animals, Vehicles, and Science & Technology. It blends everyday life experiences with various interests, guiding visitors of all ages to unleash their imagination and embark on a creative, inspiring, and immersive LEGO journey.
"Playful LEGO® Style" Touring Exhibition at Pingtung 1936 Cultural Base Warehouse No. 10 Features an All-New Curatorial Design with 7 Themed Spaces
From December 14, 2024, to April 6, 2025, LEGO® presents the "Playful LEGO® Style" touring exhibition. Planned and guided with participation from LEGO® Headquarters, it employs an innovative curatorial design that combines digital interaction with physical exhibits across 7 classic LEGO themed zones. The galleries fully interpret the 92-year legendary story of LEGO® and invite visitors of all ages to immerse themselves in the LEGO world through creative experience spaces. This tour also features the participation of Taiwan's only LEGO® Certified Professional, Rack Huang, who has created 6 LEGO models tailored to the exhibition's themes. A themed submission event will also be held, inviting LEGO fans from all over Taiwan to use their unique creativity to co-create a LEGO world of their own.

"Playful LEGO® Style" uses LEGO bricks to create an authentic atmosphere of everyday life. The tour is divided into 7 themed zones: Travel & History, Art/Design & Music, Sports & Games, Entertainment, Nature & Animals, Vehicles, and Science & Technology. In the Travel & History zone, visitors can admire works by LEGO® Certified Professional Rack Huang, including a "Shaved Ice Machine" from a classic Taiwanese general store, a cute "Shiba Inu" mascot for a Japanese dango stall, and an "Espresso Machine" for an Italian café.
In addition, The LEGO Group in Taiwan will also display beloved and highly anticipated sets from over the years. For instance, get an up-close look at the intricate details of world-famous landmarks like "10307 Eiffel Tower" and "21061 Notre-Dame de Paris" in a European-style antique bookstore. In the Italian café, experience a romantic and leisurely afternoon with the never-wilting "10328 Bouquet of Roses" as decoration, accompanied by the adorable "21349 Tuxedo Cat". In the Art/Design & Music zone, you can experience a digitally interactive recreation of the classic masterpiece "31213 Mona Lisa" in the art gallery, have a LEGO® street artist create a mosaic portrait of you on the spot, and admire the LEGO® Certified Professional's "Vinyl Record Player" creation. You can even become a DJ through an interactive installation to compose your own brick-built music, or relive nostalgic memories through classic movie and video game designs.
Furthermore, in the Nature & Animals zone, immerse yourself in the tranquility of a natural environment. LEGO has also set up a fun "language of flowers" quiz to provide diverse display inspiration, encouraging you to creatively build your own LEGO® potted plants and floral arrangements. In the Vehicles zone, experience the incredibly detailed car models from the LEGO® Technic series, feel the thrill of speed and cutting-edge technology up close, and build your own unique dream garage. And in the Science & Technology zone, explore the universe alongside the world's brightest minds and experience the infinite charm of the vast cosmos!

The "Playful LEGO® Style" touring exhibition showcases over 100 exquisite LEGO® models across 7 highly distinctive and stylish themed spaces. The collection features many "greatests," including the set with the most pieces to date, "31203 World Map"; the tallest set ever, "10307 Eiffel Tower"; the state-of-the-art "42172 McLaren P1TM" hypercar; and the history-making "10341 NASA Artemis Space Launch System." Visitors can get an up-close look at the breathtakingly fine details.
