Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON division will once again release a new product in its popular "Waiting" (まちぼうけ) series, featuring the national anime "Crayon Shin-chan." This "Crayon Shin-chan Waiting Series 6: Crayon Shin-chan: Great Adventure in Henderland" Gashapon will have a reference price of 300 JPY per capsule and is scheduled for release in late May 2025!
After previous series featured numerous characters from Shin-chan's daily life, this popular sixth installment of the Crayon Shin-chan Waiting series is themed around a movie for the first time. It transforms several memorable characters from the 1996 theatrical release "Crayon Shin-chan: Great Adventure in Henderland" (クレヨンしんちゃん ヘンダーランドの大冒険) into sitting figures approximately 3-5 cm tall. The collection includes five types: Shin-chan in his classic helmeted look, Shin-chan's good friend Toppema from the movie, the Henderland mascot Hender-Robo, and the main villains Macao and Joma. The characters are designed in a knee-hugging waiting pose, and Toppema, Macao, and Joma's impatient expressions are super cute! We are also very much looking forward to future releases in the series featuring other movie themes!
