Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY's high-end toy brand T-SPARK has announced the seventh product in its assembly model「REALIZE MODEL」series, the「RMZ-007 Trinity Liger」, slated for release in August 2025.
Appearing in the GBA game《ZOIDS SAGA》, the original protagonist Zoid, theTrinity Liger, is a legendary Zoid passed down through the Arcadia Kingdom since ancient times. When the kingdom was occupied by the Phantom Knights, the Trinity Liger, normally in a petrified state, awakened to protect the ancient artifact "Space-Time Teleporter." The most distinctive feature of this unit is the "Trinity" armament mounted on its head, which can rotate to switch between three types of equipment: a beam gun, a multi-functional radar, and a turbo engine.
The「REALIZE Trinity Liger」is produced at a 1/100 scale, with a total length of approximately 27.5 cm. It extensively recreates the design's image with a rich array of molded color parts and clear parts. The frame inherits the design from previous Liger products in this series, allowing for flexible and dynamic poses such as running and jumping, much like real felines.
The armament thoroughly recreates the "Trinity" weapon system, resembling a mane on its head, capable of rotating and deploying three types of equipment: a beam gun, a multi-functional radar, and a turbo engine. Furthermore, multiple areas such as the hidden claws in its legs, the built-in thrusters in its abdomen, and the back unit can all be deployed or rotated forward, recreating the impressive full weapon release state. The head cockpit also features an opening mechanism and can accommodate a figure of the protagonist, "Atore Arcadia," in the same scale!
