From Japanese model manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's MECHA SMILE brand, the 'MODEROID' plastic model kit series has announced its latest product based on the anime "Evangelion New Theatrical Edition": "MODEROID EVANGELION Unit-02", with a suggested retail price of 3,900 JPY, scheduled for release in September 2025!
The plastic model kit "MODEROID EVANGELION Unit-02" makes its appearance following "Unit-01"! Its design is based on its appearance in the anime "Evangelion New Theatrical Edition", with the kit faithfully reproducing the intricate details of the internal frame and armor panel lines. Utilizing various molded colors such as red, orange, and white, along with clear parts, some pre-painted parts, and decals, it can highly recreate its in-series appearance!
Once assembled, it stands approximately 165 mm tall. Each joint features flexible articulation, allowing for dynamic battle poses and the recreation of various powerful actions from the series, complemented by various interchangeable hand parts, the Progressive Knife, and the Super Electromagnetic Bowgun.
