Japan's AZONE International Co., Ltd. (株式会社アゾンインターナショナル), renowned for manufacturing exquisite anime character dolls, is following up on "Hitori Gotoh" and "Nijika Ijichi" in its "Pureneemo" action doll series with a new product based on the popular anime "Bocchi the Rock!" — the "Ryo Yamada" 1/6 scale collectible doll. The suggested retail price is 18,000 JPY, with an anticipated release date of May 28, 2024!
Ryo Yamada, the bassist for Kessoku Band, attends Shimokitazawa High School, just like Nijika, and is the second member that Bocchi gets to know in the band. Ryo's personality is calm and cool, often expressionless, and she enjoys teasing others, frequently being perceived as eccentric. She also often borrows money under various pretexts without returning it. However, Ryo possesses excellent musical knowledge and taste, and is responsible for composing within the band, making her a truly talented girl!
This time, AZONE has utilized its exquisite doll-making techniques to craft Ryo into a Pureneemo action doll. The doll stands approximately 26 cm tall, with fabric meticulously recreating all the details of her Shimokitazawa High School winter uniform, including the white shirt and pleated skirt. Thinner materials are used to reproduce accessories like her stockings and innerwear, and the black ribbon at her collar is also delicately recreated! Her hair is also made with rooted hair technology, allowing her iconic blue short hair to shine with a captivating luster. Paired with a highly articulated body, she can recreate various poses from the series!
