Renowned poster design and toy company MONDO is once again releasing a "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" themed soft vinyl figure—"Baxter Stockman." With a suggested retail price of US$110, pre-orders will open on the official MONDO Shop website on January 28, 2025, at 12:00 PM CT, with an estimated shipping date of July 2025!
Dr. Baxter Stockman is a brilliant mad scientist who frequently teams up with Shredder and Krang. In the classic 1987 animated series, Shredder, to maintain dimensional balance, transported Dr. Stockman to Dimension X as an exchange for summoning Bebop and Rocksteady back to Earth from Dimension X. While Krang was preparing to disintegrate him, Baxter accidentally merged with a fly in the disintegration chamber, transforming into a humanoid mutant fly.
This Baxter Stockman soft vinyl figure features concept design by renowned toy designer and artist James Groman. Taking the classic animated series as its main inspiration, it incorporates design elements from various works. The asymmetrical beauty is highlighted by the large and small compound eyes, mirroring his normal and mutated left and right hands. His tightly clenched teeth reveal a pained and furious expression post-mutation! The claws and pincers emerging from his back are crafted with an eerie, biological feel, complete with bursting veins, while the translucent wings, combined with a glossy painted finish, will shimmer beautifully under light!
Accessories include the Anti-Turtle Swatter and the Muta-Zoo Ray Gun, allowing for dynamic battle scenes when paired with the previously released four Turtle brothers!
