The assembly model "MODEROID" series, launched by Japan's MECHA SMILE brand, has announced the latest product from the anime "Brave Bang Bravern!", the "Burn Dragon," scheduled for release in September 2025. This product will be sold exclusively at the Good Smile Company online store.
The "Burn Dragon," which made a sudden appearance in episode 9, is a support mecha secretly created by Bravern using a super-dimensional 3D printer. This machine is equipped with a self-driving super AI and stored within the Constellation-class aircraft carrier. When Bravern calls upon it, it flies rapidly to the battlefield. While normally operating as a fighter jet, the Burn Dragon also possesses the ability to combine with Bravern. It can separate its body into upper and lower half armor to combine with Bravern, forming "Burn Bravern." This not only significantly enhances its overall capabilities but also allows it to unleash various powerful special moves using new armaments.
The newly designed Burn Dragon measures approximately 22 cm in length upon completion. Its precise sculpting reproduces details such as the two cannons on its body and the thruster nozzles on its tail. Landing gear parts can be attached to its underside for standalone display. The nose comes with interchangeable parts: a "proportion-focused" part suitable for standalone display and a "fully transformable" part suitable for combination.
By swapping some parts, the Burn Dragon can combine with the separately sold "MODEROID Bravern" to form the 20 cm tall "Burn Bravern." The accessories also include the newly molded weapon, "Burn Twin Lance." Remaining parts after combination can be stored on the "Burn Dragon Form Recreation Frame."
Additionally, the product will include a special sleeve that can simultaneously store the outer boxes of "MODEROID Bravern" and "MODEROID Burn Dragon." The sleeve illustration is specially drawn by Masami Obari, who serves as the anime director and Bravern's mechanical designer, and is the same as the box art for the separately sold "MODEROID Burn Bravern."
