Hehehe, don't rush. The night has only just begun ♡
Japanese entertainment company PONY CANYON (ポニーキャニオン) recently announced its latest product from the popular naval battle mobile game "Azur Lane": the "Prinz Eugen: Lost in the Night" (プリンツ・オイゲン この夜に酔いしれ) 1/7 scale figure! It is scheduled for release in September 2025, with a suggested retail price of 27,800 JPY (tax included).
In the world of "Azur Lane," Prinz Eugen is an SSR-class heavy cruiser belonging to the Iron Blood faction, modeled after the German Navy's Admiral Hipper-class heavy cruiser, the third ship Prinz Eugen. Her default in-game illustration depicts a silver-haired beauty with a captivating gaze, biting her finger, surrounded by fierce and imposing Iron Blood rigging. Her chest mole is an undeniable character highlight. Besides holding a significant place in the game's lore and anime, she is also an easily obtainable gold-tier heavy cruiser in the early stages of the game. Coupled with her alluring attributes and wide range of available skins, Prinz Eugen has consistently remained a highly popular character.
This Prinz Eugen figure, crafted based on her Live2D outfit "Lost in the Night," stands approximately 24 cm tall. It not only perfectly recreates Eugen's alluring tongue-out expression but also meticulously captures every detail, from the dynamic flow of her grayish-white long hair, the exquisite black and red themed dress, and the sheer-effect lace, to her most iconic "chest mole." The pose with her right leg bent and lifted, combined with the voluminous skirt, injects a lively spirit into the piece. Turning to the back, one can appreciate the gradient paintwork of her hair and discover a stemmed wine glass held in her right hand—truly characteristic of Eugen, who always has a trick up her sleeve!
▼ Pre-ordering from the official PONY CANYON FIGURE website also includes an acrylic board (アクリルボード) bonus.
