Japanese gashapon manufacturer Kitan Club (キタンクラブ) will release a new product featuring the popular Chinese illustration character "Sharkitty" – the "Sharkitty Character Figure" gashapon. The reference price is 500 JPY per capsule, with an anticipated release in late February 2025!
Sharkitty is a character created by emerging artist Yojin. The combination of a shark and a cat, along with various adorable poses, has garnered a large following on Instagram! This "Sharkitty Character Figure" gashapon set brings multiple Sharkitty poses to life, featuring five styles: sitting, lying down, licking its tongue, strolling, and eating. The figures are sculpted to capture its soft body texture, paw pads, shark tail, and other intricate details, with coloring that recreates its round, big eyes. Every pose is so cute it's absolutely melting! It looks like we'll have to collect the whole set again!
