TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., has announced the latest product from the popular S.H.Figuarts action figure series, based on the anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: "Zenitsu Agatsuma", scheduled for release in August 2025.
Zenitsu Agatsuma is a swordsman who joined the Demon Slayer Corps at the same time as Tanjiro. Although he is cowardly, easily frightened, and susceptible to the allure of beauty, he is fundamentally a kind and gentle person. In situations of extreme panic, he faints and unleashes his true power, transforming into a master of "Iaijutsu" and performing techniques developed from "Thunder Breathing First Form: Thunderclap and Flash," beheading demons with lightning speed.
The "S.H.Figuarts Zenitsu Agatsuma" is crafted with a fully articulated specification, standing 14 cm tall. It meticulously recreates details such as his hair, haori, and Nichirin Blade, and features rich color applications to reproduce his hair color, the gradient of his haori, and more. Although the main body and haori are not separable, the figure itself boasts precise articulation splits, allowing for flexible posing while maintaining the complete appearance of his attire, to recreate powerful battle poses like his ultimate move, "Thunderclap and Flash."
Accessories include multiple interchangeable hand parts and five expression parts, allowing for the depiction of everyday and battle scenes. Additionally, it comes with an interchangeable expression part that can be used with the separately sold "S.H.Figuarts Tanjiro Kamado", to recreate his adorable bean-eyed state.
